Consultancy & project management

Consultancy

Colin can provide a consultancy service covering:

  • Planning significant building work
  • Damp or water ingress
  • Specialist cob or lime advice
  • Advice prior to purchasing a property
  • Possible structural repairs or concerns

If a consultancy visit culminates in our undertaking a project or prescribed course of work, the initial consultancy fee is deducted from the final invoice on completion.

Project management

We are equipped to offer a complete service, including:

  • Conception of bespoke designs
  • Hand-drawn plans and elevations
  • Liaising with Local Authority Building Control
  • Specifying materials and techniques to meet building regulations
  • Provision and management of all trades under appropriate insurances
