Colin can provide a consultancy service covering:
- Planning significant building work
- Damp or water ingress
- Specialist cob or lime advice
- Advice prior to purchasing a property
- Possible structural repairs or concerns
If a consultancy visit culminates in our undertaking a project or prescribed course of work, the initial consultancy fee is deducted from the final invoice on completion.
